Kristin has a wealth of Pyramid practice expertise and models mindfulness in her coaching and facilitating practices. This allows me to learn more effective ways to improve my own coaching practices and interactions with those I coach. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and offers strength-based approaches to coaching and guides me through issues I encounter in my coaching with reflection exercises and questions. Working with Kristin and the Peer Learning group has helped me gain a lot more confidence in my practices. She is a crucial resource to any provider, teacher, coach, etc. who is teaching or using pyramid practices and wants to work toward increased fidelity.
